Job Details

Jamonera is a Spanish restaurant serving tapas and raciones (sharable plates). We take traditional Spanish recipes & techniques and elevate them with seasonal produce and local products when possible. Knowledge of Spanish cuisine, cured meats & cheese is not necessary, we will teach you... we do want cooks who are passionate about food and different cultures & cuisines!

The position is full-time line cook position, starting on salad station. 5 days per week, dinner services only. We are looking for someone to learn and grow with us!
