Atla, a chic Soho restaurant serving Mexican-inspired cuisine, and owned by World-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera and Daniela Soto-Innes, is looking for an experienced, driven Sous Chef to join their team.
The Sous Chef will be charged with overseeing daily culinary operations, achieving consistent food quality standards and ensuring the company core values are being executed.
Candidates must be knowledgeable in a variety of cooking techniques, have proficient knife skills and a willingness to learn. A minimum of 2-3 years of fine dining kitchen management experience is preferred, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
