Aimee Olexy and 2017 two-time James Beard Award winning restaurateur Stephen Starr, the dynamic partners behind the beloved Talula's Garden and Talula's Daily, are seeking full-time LINE COOKS (Jr Sous Chefs) interested in being a part of an amazing high-end restaurant, in an environment that allows you to develop both personally and professionally. This is an opportunity get your foot in the door with the top east coast restaurant group and work with/learn from career driven culinary professionals who take pride in their craft and strive towards excellence daily. We promote heavily from within and this position will allow you the chance to quickly grow your culinary career.

Qualified candidates will be:
• Team players with a strong work ethic and dedicated to the craft of being a student of the industry
• Responsible & timely, willing to take direction

Qualified candidates will have:
• 2+ years of experience cooking in a well-rated restaurant
• Culinary focused Associates degree - preferred
• Prior experience grilling and sautéing of Prime cuts of steak, chops, pork, whole fish, shellfish and seafood
• Prior experience with classic stock production: Fumet, Brown stocks, White stocks, bouillon and glace
• A great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
• Full-time availability, including nights & weekends
