We'll be unveiling a food & beverage program that will excite the senses, nourish the body, and feed the soul.
We are currently seeking Chefs de Partie with a strong work ethic and values. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for local ingredients treated with simplicity and respect and desire to cultivate relationships with farmers and purveyors in the surrounding communities.
- 2-3 + years of Line Cook, CDP, or Jr. Sous Chef experience in NYT 2 to 4-star restaurants is a plus
- Culinary school education is a preferred (not essential with experience)
- Passion for seasonal ingredients and health-driven cuisine is a MUST!
- Ability to oversee various stations to from prep to service
- Full-time and Flexible Availability!
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly, and constantly improve.
- Punctuality is key.
- A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
