The Head Chef directs the overall food-service operation of the camp including purchasing, preparation, nutrition, service, sanitation, security, personnel management, customer service, and record keeping.
Weekly salary is negotiable. Room + Board + Food is provided. Transportation can be arranged from Los Angeles to Sequoia.
