James Beard award-winning Restaurateur Stephen Starr and Chef Marie Rose from Paris celebrate the thoughtful delight of everyday French cooking at La Mercerie -  a dreamy, luxe fantasy of a cafe located inside of Roman & Williams Guild. 

We are now looking to add a dedicated and passionate Executive Sous Chef to our team! 

We seek candidates with:

  • Experience and passion for French cuisine
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of cooks
  • Experience with administrative tasks including inventory, purchasing, costing, schedule, onboarding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A long-term commitment to excellence and team success 
  • A desire to work alongside and learn from industry-leading professionals!
