JOB DESCRIPTION—Pastry Cook
Our Pastry Cooks are responsible for baking/cooking/preparing dish components in advance and then plating composed desserts to-order during evening services. They report to Executive Chef/Owner Adam Leonti, the Pastry Chef and Sous Chefs for training and day-to-day guidance and instruction.
As a member of the Leonti kitchen team, you should be able to read and faithfully follow recipes, maintain health department standards, bring training to bear in maintaining exemplary plate-by-plate quality control and otherwise uphold our standards with enthusiasm. The right candidate is one who is well-organized, works precisely, and treats the products, the workplace, and their fellow team members with respect and positivity.
