Osteria Saporino is seeking a motivated  full time Sous chef. Candidates must have a positive, professional attitude and Great work ethic.

Potential for improvement and advance based on work ethic, attitude and quality of work.

Must Have

2-4 years of experience as a Line Cook

Knowledge and experience with meat/fish butchery and stocks/sauces

Willingness to follow directions and learn

Familiarity with industry’s sanitation and safety standard

A degree from an accredited culinary school, preferred, but not required

Mid-Day - Required

Evening - Required
