The team behind estela, one of The World's 100 Best Restaurants 2017 and 2018, are seeking an engaging part-time Maitre D for Flora Bar, located in the Met Breuer Museum. The restaurant features shareable plates and a wine program inspired by natural European selections.
Our new Maitre D' will be expected to respond to the dynamic needs of our book, both in real time and in strategically planning upcoming services. We are currenlty looking for weekend services, Saturday and Sunday brunch and Sunday nights specifically, and a candidate who is also able to cover shifts if needed.
