Job Details

PJ Clarke's at the Curtis is seeking qualified Line Cooks and Sous Chefs for our newly opened restaurant located on Walnut Street near the Liberty Bell and other historical locations. 
Great opportunity for candidates looking to expand their experience and grow in a fast-paced, growing restaurant. 
Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:
Able to do repetitive work, Able to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines, knowledge of cooking procedures, Able to communicate with team members and customers, knowledge of kitchen equipment, knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment, knowledge of where and how everything is stored, able to lift, flexible with job duties, must be able to keep and tidy workspace, and work in a fast pace environment.

Candidates MUST be able to work all shifts.

SOUS CHEFS MUST have at least 3 years' experience in high volume full service restaurants



SOUS CHEF RATE: SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
