Job Details
Parson's is seeking experienced supervisors for our location in Logan Square, and for our new location in Lincoln Park. We are looking for an individual that has experience managing a high volume kitchen, is detail oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Duties and responsibilities required of this position include:
 

- Coordinate with Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef

- Control Consistency & Quality

- Help Manage Costs of Goods Sold

- Inventory of Kitchen Goods

- Manage Kitchen Staff

- Work with FOH Management on Staff Knowledge and Training

- Serve as a role model

- Help train and develop kitchen staff

- Monitors and maintains line plating and quality

- Coordinates with front of house staff to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded

- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
