Job Details
Ristorante Morini is a comfortable neighborhood restaurant on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, featuring the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White. This restaurant offers both traditional and modern preparations of regional Italian specialties and selectively looks for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in an environment that demands excellence in every dimension. Under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine, Cesar Guadarrama and General Manager Christina Caruana, Ristorante Morini strives to provide superb cuisine and seamless service through teamwork and execution.

We seek professional Servers who are interested in working in a high quality and high volume environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee the dining experience of each guest
Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience
Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant

4 years prior serving experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
Considerable base knowledge of beer and wine
Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality

Ristorante Morini a Chef Michael White Altamarea Group Restaurant is headed by General Manager Christina Caruana and Chef Cesar Guadarrama. We offer pan-Italian regional cuisine with a menu that covers various seasonal specialties, both inland and coastal.
