Sampan is currently looking for a proven leader to take the reigns as Executive Chef for Sampan & Double Knot in Midtown Village!  Qualified candidates must have prior experience in high volume atmospheres with a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, candidates must have excellent leadership abilities to coach and manage a kitchen team as well as creative menu ideas.
