Fette Sau is hiring a full time sous cheff at our Brooklyn location.This is a salaried position.

ABOUT US
Fette Sau is an established busy BBQ restaurant located in the heart of Williamsburg. We offer cafeteria/deli style dining with communal seating. We have been open for over 10 years and are a staple of the Brooklyn restaurant scene.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Work directly with the chef. Manage cooks and other BOH staff. Smoke meat. Prep menu items. Cook side dishes. Process deliveries. Assist in food inventory. Keep a clean work space. Develop specials. 

REQUIREMENTS
-NYC Food Handlers License is a must
- BOH management experience is necessary 
-A positive demeanor 
- Good work ethic
- Ability to take and give instruction
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
