Job Details
Located in Burlington, MA, Island Creek Oyster Bar is led by Chef Jeremy Sewall and Skip Bennett of Island Creek Oysters. A hybrid of New England shore food and creative, seasonally influenced seafood, our menu reflects our sensibility, printed just before service to ensure that we're presenting the freshest ingredients possible.

Island Creek Oyster Bar is looking for enthusiastic bartenders to join our solid bar team. Candidates should be well versed in hospitality, craft cocktails, spirits, craft beers and possess a fine attention to detail. Our bar program is well curated by the talented bar team under the direction of beverage director Jackson Cannon. A willingness to learn and grow as a hospitality professional required as we are always educating our staff on a daily basis on all aspects of service. 

We are also committed to teaching less experienced applicants who have a desire for continued education and possess a strong work ethic.
