New Approachable Fine Dining Restaurant Heading to the Navy Yard DC Fall 2019

ARABIC FOR "MY HEART,"
Albi presents chef/owner Michael Lee Rafidi's new Levantine cooking as seen through the lens of Modern techniques and Mid-Atlantic ingredients.

For his first solo restaurant, chef Rafidi draws inspiration from his roots in Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan, as well as influence from the Levant and North Africa, bringing to the table an experience that melds ancient culinary tradition with the refined hand and artful plating that has earned him widespread acclaim.
Award-winning sommelier Brent Kroll from Maxwell Park will oversee the wine program. 
 

Albi Washington DC is currently hiring:

General Manger/ Service Director

Qualified candidates MUST possess:
-- at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. 
-- experience with POS and Resy. 
-- experienced in Microsoft Office programs. 
-- food and beverage knowledge. 
-- knowledge of beer and spirits. 
-- willing to work long extended hours and late nights. 
-- knowledgeable about Washington DC restaurant scene. 
-- polished, professional, warm and hospitable 
-- prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired preshift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals.
