Position Summary: Acts as a first contact for customers calling for reservations or entering the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the customer contact is professional, friendly, efficient and informative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent. At least one year of experience answering phones in a high volume restaurant. Working knowledge of OpenTable system required.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers both on the phone and in person. Must be able to utilize basic computer skills for data entry. Must be able to utilize basic math skills to collect payment for orders and retail merchandise. Must be able to read and interpret basic documents.
