Job Details

Frontier's Executive Chef Brian Jupiter has created mouthwatering dishes celebrating American contemporary cuisine, blending game and other seasonal ingredients into classic and approachable fare. Frontier offers whole animal format served tableside.

The seasonal dinner menu includes small plates, vegetables, sandwiches and entrees designed to share. Frontier’s menu also features 8-10 varieties of oysters to order a la carte with dinner, or to enjoy with a bottle of beer at the bar. Over the weekend, patrons may indulge in brunch offerings including a wide selection of Frontier signature dishes alongside traditional breakfast items.

The Position: Executive Sous Chef

Thorough hands on approach, develop and promote learning for all back of house employees.

Upholding the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.

Assist the Executive Chef with weekly specials.

Uphold company policies and standards.

Manage labor and kitchen waste

Hold daily pre-shift meetings with kitchen crew

Qualification:

Consistent standards

Organized

Embraces teamwork and training

Passion about your position and craft.

2 years in sous chef position or higher
