Boka Restaurant Group is excited to announce Cira, a modern Mediterranean restaurant in partnership with executive chef Chris Pandel at the Hoxton Hotel and is seeking experienced and talented food runners!
This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to the art of hospitality and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working team. Qualified candidates MUST possess:
- at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant - hospitality focussed
Located in the ground floor of The Hoxton, Chicago, Cira will be an all-day eatery, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The 218-seat restaurant designed by AvroKo will sit at the corner of Lake and Green, in the middle of the bustling Fulton Market district.
Cira will open Spring 2019 and will be the fourth restaurant in partnership with Chris Pandel and Boka Restaurant Group (Swift & Sons, Cold Storage and Dutch & Docs).
