Located in Chicago's famed Gold Coast, we at Le Colonial are soon to open our *brand new* restaurant, around the corner on Oak Street. We are honored and proud to have been operating at our current Rush Street location since 1996. We are hiring ALL BOH positions: porters, dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks, sous chefs, expeditors, etc. We seek culinary professionals who are knowledgeable, humble, dedicated, and dependable.
