We are seeking LUNCH CAPTAIN & DINNER FRONT SERVERS candidates with:
• Significant experience in NYT 3 and 4-star restaurants preferred
• Thorough knowledge and appreciation of French Cuisine, Wine and Culture
• Strong leadership skills including clear communication, the ability to direct a small team, and the ability to execute the restaurant's vision and philosophy
• The ability to improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant's standards
