We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef, with a strong work ethic and the desire to become part of a chef driven restaurant concept in beautiful Lancaster PA.

Sous Chef Requirements:
1. 2+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience. 
2. Expert knowledge of the business side of operating a restaurant 
3. Understanding a profitable kitchen, delivering food and labor costs. 
4. Including but not limited to preparation, presentation and experienced knowledge of today's cooking trends. 
5. In addition, the successful candidate must be a leader, professional, innovative, and possess well rounded culinary skills with creativity and passion for culinary arts.
