Perfect job opportunity for those tired of the grind in a hotel atmosphere, LA/SF city life and looking to live in beautiful Santa Barbara while still being a short drive away from Los Angeles.
 
Seeking a strong sous chef for Loquita restaurant, part of Acme Hospitality, a growing restaurant group based in Santa Barbara, CA.
 
Job entails working closely with Executive Chef and other sous chefs in a team atmosphere. From coaching cooks, leading by example and coming up with specials and new menu items.
 
Chef team has worked for greats such as Joel Robuchon, Nancy Silverton, Jose Andres & Scott Conant. Looking to hire someone with similar prior job history. 
 

Compensation details

quarterly bonus, health insurance, 3 weeks pto / year
