Job Details
The Operations Manager will oversee all operational functions in the Commissary along with all
logistical activities within the Company. Will support the Culinary Director to ensure financial
targets are achieved. Will develop scalable processes to ensure a consistent customer
experience across multiple locations.
 
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
 3-5 years of management experience
 Culinary degree preferred
 Experience in a full service restaurant
 Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
 Experience with catering events
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
