Job Details

Ristorante Tosca is looking for an individual to join the culinary team in the AM hours.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inventory to determine what is needed for production

Efficiently execute production of mise en place for service   

Work independently while keeping an open line of communication with the chef

Demonstrate proper food handling techniques following health and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized station at all times

Requirements:

Must be able to speak English fluently

Have one year professional experience working in a high-volume kitchen

Basic knowledge of knife skills, restaurant operations
