Job Details

South City Kitchen Buckhead opened its doors in 2016 and serves sophisticated southern cuisine that’s constantly evolving and always satisfying. Nestled on Peachtree Street among the uptown high-rises of Buckhead, the restaurant offers an array of seasonal, regionally-inspired dishes for weekday lunch, weekend brunch, nightly dinner and group dining events.

South City Kitchen Buckhead is in search of talented and upbeat Line Cooks.

Basic requirements for our Line Cooks include possessing a great attitude, a desire to continue learning about food and a passion for helping create enjoyable experiences for others.  Though it’s important to maintain a professional image, we also like to have fun at work !

  • At least two years experience cooking in a high volume, casual, upscale kitchen or equivalent
  • A high knowledge level of food and cooking technique
  • A passion for doing the job right
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • An eye for detail and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction 

If you are an outgoing, energetic culinarian with scratch, high volume, casual-fine dining cooking experience, we'd like to hear from you.  We also consider recent culinary grads with some experience and great skills and potential.

From our signature fried green tomatoes to a dynamic dessert menu offered exclusively at our Buckhead location, we can’t wait to serve you a slice of our Southern story.
