Ted's Bulletin is known far and wide for Ted's tarts, boozy milkshakes and all-day breakfasts (which are all pretty great), but we're also much more than that. We run a scratch kitchen using fresh ingredients prepared onsite, offering a carefully curated menu of craveable American cuisine. We've recently enhanced our menu with the introduction of lighter fare, while retaining the classic items that our regulars have come to know and love. We have exciting plans for continued development of the brand from a culinary perspective (and beyond), and now's a great time to jump on board!
We're looking a culinary leader to grow our heart of house team in one of our current or upcoming locations, ensuring 100% consistency of quality and execution for each and every one of our guests. You'll have 3+ years experience at executing under pressure in a high-volume, full service environment. Team members will look to you for guidance and development, and respect your knowledge of every aspect of the kitchen's operations. You'll genuinely enjoy motivating and coaching team members to move up through our heart of house career pathway. You'll have a strong understanding of inventory control financials including budgets, as well as safety of people, food and equipment.
