Serve food and beverage to guests in dining room or bar area.
Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)
80% Serve courses from kitchen according to Levy standards.
Answer questions about menu, drinks, and wine. Must have wine knowledge
Must know table numbers
Write orders on checks or enter orders at terminal in an efficient and accurate manner.
Oversee station with particular attention to guests' needs, checking back with guests to see if additional service is needed.
Determine when meal has been completed.
Total bills accurately and present check to member, accepting payment and processing properly. Assist in delivering food from kitchen.
Assist in clearing and re-setting tables. 10% Ensure the cleanliness of all work areas.
Display a pleasant, outgoing personality.
Follow through with appropriate check out and sign out with manager. 10% Complete assigned side work.
Help other Team Members when time permits.
Must have complete knowledge of daily food and beverage specials. Other Duties requested by management.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
One year related experience and/or training.
