Job Details
 

Upscale independent steakhouse looking for a full time pastry cook.  Responsibilities/skills include:

  • Working in a challenging environment with a desire for professional growth
  • AM/PM service and/or production
  • Operating efficiently in a clean work space while producing high quality product and upholding company standards
  • General pastry knowledge including production of cookies, cakes, ice creams, pies and tarts, breads, brunch items, etc

Requirements:

  • Baking/pastry degree preferred or at least 2 years experience in upscale dining
  • Able to handle fast-paced work environment and manage pressure well
  • Responsible, efficient and effective team player
  • Great work ethic and positive attitude
  • Open schedule availability

This is a great opportunity to be a part of an expanding pastry program.  The right candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate with pastry chef in the creation of new dessert and brunch items.  Please respond with resume.
