Seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Our Leadership Team!

We're looking for an experienced Line Cook eager for the next step in their career! Someone who is ready to jump into a 100% scratch kitchen that focuses on authentic, rustic Italian food would be a great fit!

Here's what you'll need:
  • 2 years of full-service cooking experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience within the back-of-house
  • Strong line cook experience 
  • Skilled in working in a high-volume, systems-driven environment
  • Skilled in leading a high-performance service team
  • Ability to create and maintain rapport with guests
