Line/Prep/Expo positions come up rarely @ Sqirl.
Part time opening - Could be 3 days could be 4 days...depending...Must be able to work Sunday's. 6:30a - 2:30/3pm daily
SUNDAY - WED
HOT Line position $14 - $15/hr based on experience + tips + Healthcare(tips are good here) Must have flexibility.
You must be a beast on the line! You'll be on the hot line, mostly on eggs, and must cook with speed and finesse.
The right person for this job is someone who can command an oven with a multi-tasking/organizational mind. Must be expedient with PREP and a leader in the kitchen.
-Have realistic expectations, we are busy & need someone organized, clean, calm & respectable. -We have a strong team of cooks. No attitude, no ego here. Punctuality is a must. -You are responsible for cooking specials, cooking meat, cooking fish, cooking vegetables. -You must cook with FINESSE. You are a solid cook with experience and care for product and the food you cook. - You MUST be FAST. - You need a strong mind and FAST HANDS. -You must be able to follow instructions as well as give them. Be quick to help others and prep with efficiency. - We are looking to expand and need people who are in for the long haul.
You have to be personable. Our customers can see into the kitchen and watch us work. They like to ask us questions and talk to us. You have to be easy going and ready to work and chat if need be. No chef coats, no graphic tees. And be yourself.
You MUST have at least 3 years experience in a restaurant kitchen to apply for this job.
$14 - $15+ an hour plus Tips (around $19-$20+) Sick Days + Healthcare.
