Looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager, who can help build sales at our existing location as well as build up business at our soon to be open new concept. Our Evanston restaurant is established and has an existing special events book, but we would like to grow that portion of our business. Our new location in Roscoe Village is opening in early September and has multiple options for special events.  Familiarity with word, excel, email required, must be highly organized and time efficient. 

 

 

Events and Catering Sales Manager responsibilities include

  • directing and administering all catering operations
  • soliciting new accounts
  • negotiating contracts
  • merchandising and marketing
  • planning
  • event execution
  • cost control implementation
  • budget and forecasting
  • overall department management

 

Descriptions:

  • Develop market segments, solicit new customers, negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with current customers
  • Communicate with and provide direction and supervision to team members to execute catering events
  • Generate profitable sales and growth opportunities
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually sales goals
  • Ability to execute in a timely manner under high stress environments
