All Back of House Positions: 

Concentrics Restaurants is seeking AM & PM LINE COOKS, PREP COOKS, & STEWARDS for its newest Chicago venture.  Opening this summer, an amazing 22nd floor roof-top venue with expansive indoor and outdoor seating, that are highlighted by panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline.  Boasting a world class bar as its centerpiece, the space is part lounge, part bar, part restaurant, and utterly hip – inviting guests to create their own ideal experience.  Ideal for a quick bite or cocktail, to an event in one of its many distinct private indoor and outdoor spaces, the contemporary design sets the stage for an elevated experience in a sleek and sophisticated environment. 

Award winning Concentrics restaurant group is known for creating one of a kind restaurant concepts.  The Atlanta based operating group owns, manages, and develops nationally acclaimed concepts across the U.S. including the Roof (Chicago), Two Urban Licks (Atlanta), Luma on Park and Prato (Winter Park FL) as well as Juniper & Ivy (San Diego).  Concentrics restaurants have been nominated for several James Beard Awards including “Outstanding Restaurateur” and “Best Restaurant”.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
