Job Details
DAVELLE is a fancy way of pronouncing the Japanese word “DABERU” which means chatting and hanging out with your friends over good food and drinks. We named this place DAVELLE hoping people come here not just to eat but also to DABERU with friends or us and enjoy the time.  The concept was to have a more European influence and hence, Davelle.
 
We primarily serve Japanese Cuisine, from small tapas, to signature entrees such as homemade curry, and a variety of special pastas. At night, we also serve Oden, which is a Japanese street food, where we simmer a wide variety of ingredients in a dashi broth. At Davelle, each ingredient is served with care paired with different condiments.
 
Looking for a motivated, responsible, proactive, hard-working, detail-oriented cook to join our team. Preferably someone with knowledge of Japanese or Asian Cuisine. 
 
Responsibilities include:
- working in the line during service 5 days/week
- Prep for service
- Ordering/receiving
- Inventory
- Organizing 
- Training other cooks
