Job Details

Beacon Tavern is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. The successful candidates will carry out culinary and operational tasks to meet our restaurant's specifications and unwavering commitment to quality.

REQUIREMENTS

-Must possess a positive attitude
-Must be able to work well in a high stress environment
-At least 3 year of experience in a semi fine-dining, high volume setting.
-Ability to multitask and follow directives
-Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within our speciality
-Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
-Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
-Opening and Closing Procedures of the restaurant
