Busy all-day cafe seeking a sous chef to join a growing team. Applicant should have at least 2 years at the sous chef level. Ideal candidate has experience leading opening and closing production teams and expediting all meal periods. Food handler's certificate a must. We work very hard in sourcing sustainable and ethically raised proteins, and our menus follow the seasons. The sous would participate in menu development and daily specials. This is not a position for a robot. On the contrary, we are looking for someone positive and high energy that can think on their toes and rise to a challenge as we expand an established brand. Those that don't love what they do need not apply.
