Loring Place, the first solo project from award-winning chef Dan Kluger, is seeking Floor Managers.
This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing dinner services primarily, training FOH staff, scheduling, inventory, menu and menu description upkeep, closing, and additional administrative duties.
Floor Managers must be self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Qualified candidates should have: minimum 2 years of management level experience in NYC restaurants; extensive knowledge of restaurant service standards; excellent communication and leadership skills; the ability to educate, train, and coach team members, and proficiency in MS Office.
NYC food handlers certificate preferred.
