Job Details
 We are interviewing for a Front of the House Manager.  We are seeking individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, confident, hardworking and ambitious.
  The Med is a fast paced, high volume restaurant. Our menu is diverse and includes a wood burning pizza oven imported from Modena, Italy, and a Bakery that supplies to us and our two other establishments.. We proudly make all of our menu items from the finest ingredients including local seasonal produce from Boulder County. 
 We are proud to say that for 25 yrs we sincerely care about the importance of how management plays such an intergral part of what makes us successful, that it is with considerate care that we seek new people
with a friendly, postive and confident nature.
Important skillsets include the ability to build and manage scheduling, passion for training staff, a desire to lead by example and the ablility to be adaptable in fast paced situations. 
 A passion for the industry and love of hospitality is a must. An individual who can shape a restaurant culture around this and guide our staff to do the same is what we are seeking.
