Funkenhausen is the manifestation of the deeply entrenched and personal history of our Chef/Partner, Mark Steuer. It is the contemporary expression of his German heritage and Southern upbringing. Funkenhausen is the present-day incarnation of an old-world Bavarian Beer Hall combined with the familiarity of an American Brasserie. Our goal is to provide a warm and welcome place to the neighbor next door and an exhilarating and enlightening experience for the World traveler.
