Maude's Liquor Bar is seeking a Server to join their team. At Maude’s, guests enjoy an intimate environment serving rustic French classics, fresh seafood and handcrafted cocktails. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, which includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen and 3 Greens Market.

We are seeking friendly, hospitable and smart candidates with evening and weekend availability. The job requires navigating a bustling environment with grace and making good decisions on the fly.

Maude’s Liquor Bar features traditional French fare and Parisian-inspired dishes, ranging from foie gras paté and escargot, to a roast farm chicken and country terrine. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh oysters and chilled seafood towers.
