An exciting new restaurant, opening at 6703 MELROSE AVE in LOS ANGELES, CA, is seeking a CHEF DE CUISINE, SOUS CHEFS, and a KITCHEN MANAGER to join our opening team! We are looking for motivated culinary leaders capable of supporting a focused and quality-driven food, beverage, and service operation in a dynamic chef-driven restaurant. Our restaurant focuses on pristine ingredients, outstanding presentation, and thoughtful service to deliver everyday opulence to each guest. Candidates should have proven track records and possess the following traits:

  • Highly knowledgeable, proficient, and creative with extensive experience in high end and high volume dining across both US and European focused establishments.  Michelin starred experience beneficial.
  • Engaging, communicative and professional.  Committed to excellence and leadership by example.  Meticulous and composed under pressure.
  • Strong financial acumen, including analysis of cost drivers and cost reduction strategies.
  • Highest sense of integrity.  Responsible, detail oriented and improvement driven.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5+ years, with previous restaurant openings highly beneficial.  Exemplary industry references are encouraged.

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary, health insurance after 60 days of employment, vacation, and more.
