Looking for self motivated, experienced Sous Chef to help lead kitchen alongside CDC. Competitive salary and room to grow in the restaurant. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, and this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

Daisies is a midwestern pasta focused restaurant that is attached to a family owned farm, which we look to for inspiration in the seasonal ever changing menu. All pasta is hand made in house without the help of an extruder. Pasta making experience is a huge plus. There will be a heavy emphasis on pickling, preserving, fermenting to utilize as much of the seasons produce as possible. HACCP certified, we have an extensive program driven by our head of fermentation, that will be creating ingredients for not only the kitchen, but the cocktail program as well. 

5 years minimum experience required.

Compensation details

Vacation/Health Insurance/closed two days a week
