We seek a professional baker who is well versed in all types of breads made from scratch in a restaurant/commercial environment. You should be able to work a sheeter, know how to make a starter and keep it going, understand laminating and how to make Croissants. The hours for the job are 4am-12pm. All of our breads are made in house from croissants, cinnamon rolls, 2 types of dinner rolls as well as different loaves of breads plus sweets for afternoon tea. This position requires a super dependable person who has transportation to drop off breads in the morning. You will also be required to cover a breakfast shift once or twice a week so knowledge of cooking eggs is a bonus. If you do not have breakfast cooking experience we will be able to train the right person for this position. If you love the art of baking then this hands on position is for you!
