Job Details
 The Publican Pastry Department is looking for a new team member to join us. We make the desserts and pastries for The Publican, Publican Quality Meats, and Publican Anker, creating everything from plated desserts, to pies, cookies, breakfast pastries, ice creams, savory baked goods, and everything in between. Cooks can expect to rotate through a series of positions for a well rounded education in technique, and the opportunity to work with some of the best farmer/grower produced food available. We are looking for a self motivated, energetic, emotionally mature individual interested in growing in their craft and kitchen personality every day.
