GT Fish & Oyster is seeking Managers!

Boka Restaurant Group, the company behind some of Chicago's top restaurants, is currently accepting resumes for Floor Managers.

Boka Restaurant Group was founded by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm in 2003 and has become one of the premier chef-driven restaurant groups in the country. Anchored by partnerships with six of America's greatest chefs--Stephanie Izard, Giuseppe Tentori, Chris Pandel, Lee Wolen, Mark Hellyar, and Jimmy Papadopoulos--BRG has over 16 entities (and more forthcoming!) each of them crafted individually and conceptually unique.

For Management: 
--Must have at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. 
--Must have in-depth experience with Open Table and Aloha. 
--Must have extensive food and beverage knowledge. 
--Must have knowledge of beer and spirits. 
--Must be willing to work long extended hours and late nights. 
--Must be knowledgeable about Boka Restaurant Group.
