Brushstroke SOMMELIER
(COMPENSATION: TIPS)
Brushstroke is seeking a Sommelier who is energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about food, wine and hospitality to join the wine team. What is my job?
Sommeliers will be an integral part of service at Bouley and are responsible for service and sales during each service in all areas of the restaurant. Further responsibilities include (but are not limited to): working closely with all aspects of the service team, assisting guests with pairings to help complement the menu as well as maintaining the wine and sake cellar, assisting with inventory, and participating in staff wine and sake education.
