An exciting new SPROUT LA RESTAURANT concept is seeking an EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF to join our opening team! We are looking for a motivated leader capable of supporting a focused and quality-driven food, beverage, and service operation in a dynamic chef-driven restaurant in the Arts District. Our restaurant focuses on pristine ingredients, outstanding presentation, and thoughtful service to deliver everyday opulence to each guest.We are seeking a candidate that strives to train and develop staff into outstanding culinary professionals while providing direct support in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations. This includes, but is not limited to, menu development, cooking, production, inventory, quality control, and sanitation. Ideal candidates are driven professionals, passionate about all aspects of the culinary arts, with a strong desire to learn.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE includes 5-7 years of management in a fine dining restaurant, a strong background in seasonal and market-driven kitchens, and an understanding of classic technique.
