 Rich Torrisi & Mario Carbone are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join the Kitchen of their property Dirty French in the Lower East Side.

Dirty French is looking for PM Line Cooks! This is a full-time position.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, preferably a culinary school graduate who wants to work hard and be part of something truly special. 

Major Food Group (MFG) is a New York based restaurant and hospitality company founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick. The founders all exhibit a wealth of knowledge in the food, hospitality, and business sectors.
