Do you have a passion for organization and enjoy “fighting” through? The Stewards and Prep Cooks at La Lucha diligently support the culinary team in an efficient manner during service. He/she must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
