The Host/ess at La Lucha “fights” for exceptional service, while boasting a naturally curious and outgoing personality to welcome guests and ensure a positive initial impression. The Host should have the ability to work cohesively with a team, while remaining calm and working effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate takes cues from guests’ behavior and demeanor as to their level of satisfaction and happiness and addresses any issues that arise in a proactive manner.
